Standard Conditions of Sale

Whilst every effort is made to deliver as near as possible the quantity ordered, because of the many operations which may be involved in print production, we have to allow for wastage. We reserve the right to deliver up to 10% ‘overs’ or ‘unders’ and these will be charged and deducted at the rate of the quantity ordered.

a. By pre-arranged credit account.
b. By pro-forma invoice.
c. By leaving a 50% deposit when placing the order, the balance to be paid on completion. If this is paid by cheque, the cheque must be cleared before the goods will be released.

We regret we are unable to accept credit card payments.

a. Work carried out, whether experimentally or otherwise, at the customer’s request, will be charged. File opening charges will be applicable whenever files for the same job are re-supplied.
b. Proofs of work may be submitted for customer’s approval and we shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the customer in proofs submitted. Customer’s alterations and additional proofs necessitated thereby shall be charged extra. When style, type or layout are left to our judgement, changes there from, made by the customer, shall be charged extra.

a. All material stored on the premises for the customer (digital files, plates) is done so at the customer’s risk.
b. Any goods not collected within one month of completion may be subject to a storage charge.
c. Any goods not collected within six months of completion may be disposed of at our discretion.

Complaints or claims will only be entertained if lodged within thirty days of despatch, or, if related to the transport of the goods, within such a time as will enable us to comply with the time limit and procedures of the carriers by whom the goods were transported. The rejection of a job will not be accepted unless we first have the opportunity of examining the goods in question.

Without prejudice to other remedies, we shall in respect of all unpaid debts due from the customer have a general lien on all goods and property in our possession (whether worked on or not) and shall be entitled, on the expiration of 14 days’ notice, to dispose of such goods or property as we think fit and to apply any proceeds towards such debts.

7. LAW
These Conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England.
